ITIL 4 Practices: Monitor, Support, Fulfil - This isn't a webinar... it's a "gaminar"!

According to a recent survey, incident, service request, and problem management are commonly some of the first practices introduced when organizations are adopting the ITIL framework. So, it is appropriate that the first ITIL 4 practices bundle that we’re going to launch here at ITSM Academy is Monitor, Support and Fulfil, which also includes the service desk and monitoring and event management practice. Since these are some of the most widely adopted practices, we decided that it might be fun to challenge our audience to a series of pop quizzes. So put your thinking caps on and get ready to have fun because this isn’t a webinar… it’s a gaminar! And yes, there will be prizes!
