For almost two decades, ITSM Academy has offered courses via Live, Instructor-Led Virtual Classrooms. To enhance our learners' experience, we weave games and exercises throughout the course. They are available via our Learner Portal, with access post class for exam preparation and knowledge reinforcement. Here is an example of one of our unique in-class activities, using GAME ON!
