ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle Course

Based on all five publications of the ITIL V3 core library, ITSM Academy’s Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) five (5) day class focuses on the planning, implementation and optimization of a cohesive, well-managed and sustainable Service Management program.    Course culminates with the ITIL V3 Managing Across the Lifecycle certification examination.   Successful candidates will receive the designation of ITIL Expert™.

Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE)®

This certification course converts the theory of Process Design into practical application, by coupling prescriptive advice with hands-on opportunities to analyze, design, measure and integrate processes. The knowledge obtained in this course applies to every Service Management framework, standard and maturity model. 

The is a five (5) day course, the Loyalist Certification Services (LCS) exam is administered on the final day of class.  The CPDE qualification has been endorsed by The APM Group (ITIL's official accreditor) and awarded a credit value of 1.5 towards the ITIL Expertä.

Since 2005, ISO/IEC 20000 has been the international standard for IT Service Management (ITSM). The Foundation certification provides evidence of training and competence for staff involved in service management.

For those not immediately seeking ISO/IEC 20000 certification, the Foundation certification training course provides an international standard of best practices against which to benchmark your current ITSM program.
