Full Time Instructor - Dallas (Irving, TX) Based

ITSM Academy is seeking a full time Instructor for our Dallas Training Center.  The ideal candidate is based in the Dallas area, is an ITIL Expertä with experience delivering ITIL Foundation and Intermediate courses.  Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, a proven training track record and significant Service Management experience. Some travel is required.
