This five (5) day certification course converts the theory of Process Design into practical application, by coupling prescriptive advice with hands-on opportunities to analyze, design, measure and integrate processes. The knowledge obtained in this course applies to every Service Management framework, standard and maturity model.

Since 2005, ISO/IEC 20000 (also referred to as ISO 20000 and ISO 20K) has been the international standard for IT Service Management (ITSM). Apollo 13 – an ITSM Case Experience

(Simulation)

Apollo 13 - an ITSM Case Experience is an intensive one day training in which the ITIL concepts and processes are not only explained, but also experienced by the course attendees through the use of an interactive game.

In this training real life situations taken from the Apollo 13 mission are simulated. Course attendees work in teams, playing the roles of the Mission Operations Ground Crew charged with bringing the crippled craft and it's crew safely home.

Through the one day session, participants will simulate a 6 to 9 month ITIL project and learn to avoid costly mistakes.
