The ITIL® 4 Practitioner: IT Asset Management training is a single module course, delivered in 8 hours. It is part of the Plan, Implement & Control (5 day) bundle. This course is tailored for IT professionals seeking to understand the the key concepts, principles, value and challenges of the IT asset management (ITAM) practice at both strategic and operational levels. It focuses on how to plan and manage the full lifecycle of all IT assets, to help the organization maximize value, control costs, manage risks, support decision-making about the purchase, re-use, retirement, and disposal of IT assets, and meet regulatory and contractual requirements.

Prerequisites: 

  • Complete pre-class reading assignment 
  • ITIL Foundation 
    • Even if your ITIL 4 Foundation certificate is expired, you can still attend any higher level ITIL 4 course from ITSM Academy. Every successful pass of an ITIL Peoplecert exam, will extend the previous expired certificates to the renewal date of the most recent ITIL Peoplecert exam.
