Prerequisites:  Knowledge of IT service management terminology is recommended, for example ITIL® or ISO/IEC 20000. 

Exam & Certification: Successfully passing (65%) the 60 minute exam, consisting of 40 complex, multi-part, multiple choice scenario-based gradient scored questions leads to the SIAM Foundation Qualification.
