Please note that this version of ITIL 3 intermediate course along with the exam will be discontinued by AXELOS on January 1, 2022. After this date, learners will not be able to sit an ITIL v3 Continual Service Improvement exam. All exams need to be TAKEN prior to January 1, 2022. PeopleCert will not approve any exceptions. We recommend you request your exam by Friday, December 17th - or earlier. Please see the current ITIL 4 Scheme and class options.

To continually enhance and improve process efficiency and effectiveness, Service Management frameworks emphasize the need for measurable, on-going improvement at every stage of the IT Service Lifecycle. Based on the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) publication of the ITIL core library, this course focuses on the strategies, concepts and techniques for creating and managing a formal metrics-driven CSI program, to help ensure ongoing business alignment and service value.
