The pass gives you access to ALL of ITSM Academy courses required to achieve your ITIL Expert. With your Pass you can take up to 16.5 credits + our Managing Across the Lifecycle course (MALC), which is the final exam required for ITIL Expert, for the flat fee of only $8,900 USD.

The Pass applies to courses delivered in ITSM Academy public and live, instructor led virtual classrooms.

Public classes are held in ITSM Academy's Training Centers. Preferred local hotels also offer additional savings for our learners.

Notes: Your ITIL Expert Pass will not expire and is non-transferrable. In the event you are unable to complete your training path, refunds will be issued for the retail value of the classes attended.
