     ITIL® Managing Across the Lifecycle - Accredited

While implementing individual processes may net some immediate gain, it is the integration of all of the service lifecycle stages that delivers true value. Based on all five publications of the ITIL core library, ITSM Academy’s class focuses on the planning, implementation and optimization of a cohesive, well-managed and sustainable Service Management program. Topics include business, management and supervisory objectives, purpose, processes, functions and activities, and on the interfaces and interactions between the processes covered in the Service Lifecycle. Course culminates with the ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle certification examination. Successful candidates will receive the designation of ITIL Expert™.

Embedded into the five (5) day Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) course is our unique virtualization, Living the Lifecycle®. Woven through all ITSM Academy's ITIL Certification classes, this virtualization brings concepts and processes to life.      ITSM Leadership Skills

The fundamental principle of People, Process and Technology is the foundation for a successful ITIL implementation.  Yet, historically, companies have only trained on the Process and the Technology.  The missing link for many implementations has been the training focused on the People element.  To fill this gap, ITSM Academy is offering ITSM Leadership Skills.  

This two (2) day, non-certification workshop provides a foundational view of key leadership skills that are critical to the success of service management programs.  Attendees gain an understanding of all of the leadership concepts needed to lead a successful ITSM program, and is needed to apply them.

     Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) Foundation Course - Accredited

This course is delivered in ITSM Academy's Virtual Classroom and as an on-site corporate class.

MOF 4.0 delivers practical guidance - not just theory - for everyday IT practices and activities. This guidance helps users establish and implement reliable, cost-effective IT services. MOF professionals have access to valuable content, templates and job aids. MOF is an agnostic and practical framework, the knowledge gained in the course applies to all organizations, regardless of the platforms or applications in use.

MOF 4.0 Foundation is delivered in our virtual classroom as an instructor led course. It which provides an understanding of the newly updated MOF service lifecycle phases, key concepts, processes and management reviews. Class exposes participants to the four (4) phases of the MOF lifecycle: Plan, Delivery, Operate, and Manage. It also covers Service Management Functions (SMFs) and Management Reviews within each phase.

Diploma:
ITSM Academy is Licensed by the Commission for Independent Education, Florida Department of Education to offer occupational IT Service Management Professional (ITSMP)SM Diplomas. Since 2005 ISO/IEC 20000 (also referred to as ISO 20000 and ISO 20K) has been the international standard for IT Service Management (ITSM). The ISO/IEC 20000 Certificate, which is issued to organizations, not individuals, confirms the organization has demonstrated sufficient evidence of a quality ITSM Program.

For organizations not immediately seeking ISO/IEC 20000 certification, the training provides an international standard of best practices against which to benchmark your current ITSM and Service Quality Management programs.

     ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation Bridge Course - Accredited

Foundation Bridge in IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000

The ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation Bridge course is designed for IT professionals certified in the IT Infrastructure Libraryâ (ITILâ) looking to learn about, and become certified in, ISO/IEC 20000, the international Standard for IT Service Management (ITSM)

This one (1) day ITIL-to-ISO Foundation Bridge class is intended to introduce learners to the ISO/IEC 20000 Standard, it principles (e.g., service quality management and PDCA) and the steps needed to achieve ISO/IEC 20000 certification for their organization.  

Class is delivered as a live, instructor-led, virtual class (learn more), over two days - 4 hours per day.  The independent exam (which is included with class) is web-based; learners choose the time and place for their exams.
